You can call any number within the MTEL Zone from Switzerland free of charge, as this is included in the “Allnet Flat.” When you are in Switzerland, you can call numbers in the MTEL Zone networks in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Germany, Austria and North Macedonia at no additional cost. Another advantage of the MTEL Zone is that you can call any number in Switzerland free of charge from any MTEL Zone network. This means business calls, family conversations or calls with friends in Switzerland are included – no matter where you are. The same applies to calls within the MTEL Zone, for example if you are in Serbia and call a number in the m:tel BiH network.
