If you have already contacted our customer service but unfortunately have not received a satisfactory answer or solution, you have the possibility to submit a complaint via email. Please send an email to: reklamation@mtel.ch. Furthermore, we kindly ask you to forward the email correspondence with our customer service. Requests that have not already been processed by our customer service will not be handled and will be deleted immediately.
