The “12 Months at Half Price” promotion includes the use of the TV service over a period of 12 months with a 50% discount on the monthly subscription for the selected MTEL TV DUO PLUS package, with a contractual commitment. The promotion is valid until 30.09.2025.

No activation fees apply. The annual service fee is also waived. The contract duration for all packages is 24 months.

ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

MTEL DUO PLUS: TV services can be used on up to 2 devices simultaneously. Activation of the first set-top box (STB) is charged at 2 CHF per month.

Access to MTEL TV content is available in multiple ways: via the MTEL TV app on Smart TVs, Apple TV, smartphones and tablets, or through a set-top box (STB). Access via STB is automatically configured, while access via Smart TV and Mobile TV requires a username and password. Installation is possible on up to 6 devices, but TV content can be streamed on up to 4 devices simultaneously, depending on the package.
