24 months minimum contract term:
Minimum term subscriptions: The mobile phone contract can then be terminated with a notice period of 60 days to the end of the minimum contract period. After the minimum contract period has expired, the contract can be terminated at any time with a notice period of 60 days to the end of each month.
Data volume: Unlimited; including 25 GB (B:YOU 25 SIM), 75 GB (B:YOU 75 SIM), or 135 GB (B:YOU 135 SIM) at full speed. After that, 256 kbit/s up/down.
The data volume is valid in the MTEL Switzerland mobile network and within Roaming Zone 2 (EU) and within international Zone 1a (MTEL Zone).
Maximum speeds: • 4G network (high speed): Up and download 150 mbit/s • 3G network (high speed): Up and download 42 mbit/s
Transmission speeds cannot be guaranteed and depend on numerous factors such as location, device, purpose of use, network congestion, etc.
MTEL Zone:
The included GB, minutes, and SMS in the rate are also valid in the MTEL Zone (networks of the Telekom Serbia Group).

What is the difference between prepaid and postpaid?
The difference between prepaid and postpaid lies in the payment method. With prepaid, you have to load a credit balance in advance. You are billed from this. For postpaid, you pay the invoice in arrears. In the case of postpaid contracts, you also get an invoice at the end of the month and the amount is debited from your account. Postpaid contracts need a good credit rating. A credit check is therefore carried out immediately before concluding a contract.
Can I also use the internet elsewhere in the EU with my postpaid contract?
Yes, of course! Mobile internet is included in Switzerland, EU member states, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Montenegro with all our postpaid contracts.
Are calls to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. North Macedonia and Montenegro unlimited in all postpaid contracts?
Yes, but only to the MTEL zone networks („mts“ in Serbia, „m:tel“ in Bosnia and Hercegovina, MTEL in North Macedonia and m:tel in Montenegro)
Does “Roam Like Home” mean that you can also use mobile internet elsewhere in the EU at no extra charge?
Yes, of course! Depending on the plan, you can also use the included data in the EU as well as in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
How many mobile phone subscriptions can I have in my name at a time?
A maximum of 2 mobile phone subscriptions with smartphones.
