Watch MTEL TV on the new MOVE platform

The new MOVE platform brings you a completely new user experience. The improved interface allows for easier, faster, and more intuitive use of the MOVE platform. Thanks to the new optimized server infrastructure, you can enjoy watching your favorite domestic TV content without interruptions. To watch your favourite MTEL TV content, download the MOVE app in just a few simple steps.

IMPORTANT: Starting from 12/12/2025, the MTEL TV service will no longer be available on the current TV platform, but exclusively on the new MOVE platform! To continue watching your favorite TV content, you need to take the following steps:

1) Download the MOVE app for your SMART TV or MOBILE device.

Important information: The MOVE app is not available for SMART TVs manufactured before 2019!

If you also have an STB device, it should update automatically! If the update does not start automatically, you can perform it manually. First, press the "..." button in the upper right corner of your remote control. After pressing it, the MOVE app download will begin. Wait until the update reaches 100%. Once completed, press "ENTER" to finalize the download.

2) From the dropdown menu “SELECT PROVIDER”, choose MTEL DACH.

3) Log in using your credentials

Your username is the number from your user contract.
Your new password is 123456.
You can change this password later in the app.
Important: The same username and password apply to all devices that use the MOVE app.

NOTE: You will receive an SMS notification once all the prerequisites for using the MOVE platform have been fulfilled, as well as confirmation that you can use the MTEL TV service exclusively on the MOVE platform.
