24-month Subscription Duration
Offer valid until 04.08.2026
1. The one-time activation fee of CHF 39.00 is waived as part of this promotional offer.
2. The regular monthly fee for the tariff is CHF 79.95. As part of the promotional offer, the customer receives a monthly discount of CHF 60.00, resulting in a promotional monthly fee of CHF 19.95.
3. As part of the promotional offer, the customer receives, at no additional monthly charge, a data add-on of 50 GB per month for use in the EU, Norway, the United Kingdom and the MTEL ZONE, which is charged as a standalone add-on according to the applicable price list at CHF 64.85 per month, as well as an additional 10 GB per month for use in the Friendly Zone, which is charged as a standalone add-on according to the applicable price list at CHF 29.95 per month.
4. The discount and the included data add-ons remain valid for as long as the customer uses this tariff, i.e. until the tariff is changed, terminated or deactivated, unless otherwise provided in the contract or in the applicable offer terms.

What is the difference between prepaid and postpaid?
The difference between prepaid and postpaid lies in the payment method. With prepaid, you have to load a credit balance in advance. You are billed from this. For postpaid, you pay the invoice in arrears. In the case of postpaid contracts, you also get an invoice at the end of the month and the amount is debited from your account. Postpaid contracts need a good credit rating. A credit check is therefore carried out immediately before concluding a contract.
Can I also use the internet elsewhere in the EU with my postpaid contract?
Yes, of course! Mobile internet is included in Switzerland, EU member states, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Montenegro with all our postpaid contracts.
Where can I take out a mobile phone contract?

Are calls to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. North Macedonia and Montenegro unlimited in all postpaid contracts?
Yes, but only to the MTEL zone networks („mts“ in Serbia, „m:tel“ in Bosnia and Hercegovina, MTEL in North Macedonia and m:tel in Montenegro)
Does “Roam Like Home” mean that you can also use mobile internet elsewhere in the EU at no extra charge?
Yes, of course! Depending on the plan, you can also use the included data in the EU as well as in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
