Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Prepaid und Postpaid?

Der Unterschied zwischen Prepaid und Postpaid liegt in der Zahlungsweise. Bei Prepaid musst du im Vorhinein ein Guthaben aufladen, von dem abgerechnet wird. Bei Postpaid zahlst du die Rechnung im Nachhinein. Zudem bekommst du bei Postpaid-Verträgen am Ende des Monats eine Rechnung, die von deinem Konto abgebucht wird. Postpaid-Verträge benötigen eine gute Bonität. Daher wird unmittelbar vor Vertragsabschluss eine Bonitätsprüfung durchgeführt.

Kann ich mit meinem Postpaid-Vertrag auch im EU-Ausland das Internet nutzen?

Ja, klar! In allen unseren Postpaid-Verträgen ist mobiles Internet in der Schweiz, in den EU-Mitgliedsstaaten, Serbien, Bosnien-Herzegowina, Nordmazedonien und Montenegro inkludiert.

Bedeutet „Roam Like Home“, dass man das mobile Internet, ohne zusätzliche Kosten, auch im EU-Ausland verwenden kann?

Ja, klar! Du kannst die inkludierten Freimengen an GB, je nach Tarif, auch in der EU, aber auch in Serbien, BiH, Nordmazedonien und Montenegro nutzen.
